Cat world
A second home
for your cat.
A calm atmosphere, loving care and plenty of room to relax – in the Rhine-Main region.
Our philosophy
More than care –
genuine devotion.
Cats are gentle territory guardians – and that is exactly how we treat them. We know how sensitively cats can react to new surroundings. That is why we designed our cat world so every cat feels safe and secure from day one.
Quiet retreats, lots of climbing options, and a patient caregiver make all the difference.
Our team of experienced animal carers knows cats inside out. Whether cuddly or reserved, playful or in need of rest – every cat gets the attention that suits them. No stress, always at their own pace.
Whether a short break or a longer absence: your cat is in the very best hands with us. We promise.

Admission requirements
What we need for admission
To protect all our guests, please bring the following documents and meet these requirements on your first visit.
Vaccination
RequiredIn principle, only cats with valid vaccination against cat flu and feline panleukopenia are accepted. As proof we need your pet’s vaccination record, which must remain on file at Tierhotel Rhein-Main for the duration of the stay; the last vaccination must also have been given at least 21 days ago. By handing your pet into our care you confirm that adequate vaccine protection is in place and that your pet is not suffering from any contagious diseases.
Illness
RequiredIf the guest animal falls ill, Tierhotel Rhein-Main is entitled to instruct a veterinarian to provide treatment at the pet owner’s expense.
Deworming
RequiredDeworming roughly 7–10 days before check-in. Please tell us the product name and date given when you check in.
Flea & parasite protection
RequiredCurrent external parasite protection keeps all animals in the house safe. Please state the product and date of the last application.
Special food and diet plan
RequiredIf your cat must have kidney or gastrointestinal prescription food for medical reasons, please bring it and inform us about the diet plan.
Special-diet feeding requires individual boarding.
Note on medication
RequiredCats that should receive medication mixed into food during their stay must book individual boarding, so medication cannot be eaten by other cats. Cats that reliably take hand-fed medication can stay in the play group. This is assessed during a trial stay of 2–3 days.
