Dog lodges
A second home
for your dog.
Professional care with genuine warmth –
in the Rhine-Main region.
Our philosophy
More than care –
genuine devotion.
We know how hard it is to leave your dog in someone else’s hands. That is why we created an environment where your four-legged friend does not feel like a guest – but at home. Every dog with us has their own space, their own rhythm, and a dedicated caregiver who truly knows them.
Our team of certified animal carers and passionate dog people makes sure every day that exercise, rest, nutrition, and affection stay in the right balance – tailored individually to your dog.
Whether it is a short break, a business trip, or an emergency: your dog is in the best hands with us. We promise.

Admission requirements
What we need for admission
To protect all our guests, we ask you to bring the following documents and meet these requirements on your first visit.
Vaccination
RequiredIn principle, only fully vaccinated and healthy dogs are accepted (SHPPiL+T vaccination). As proof we need your pet’s vaccination record, which must remain on file at Tierhotel Rhein-Main for the duration of the stay; the last vaccination must also have been given at least 21 days ago. By handing your pet into our care you confirm that adequate vaccine protection is in place and that your pet is not suffering from any contagious diseases.
Illness
RequiredIf the guest animal falls ill, Tierhotel Rhein-Main is entitled to instruct a veterinarian to provide treatment at the pet owner’s expense.
Deworming and flea & tick protection (required)
RequiredDeworming and flea and tick protection should be done roughly 7–10 days before check-in at the pet hotel.
Social compatibility
RequiredYour dog should interact with other dogs and people without aggression issues. For this reason, a trial overnight stay at the pet hotel is required before the first booking. If you are unsure, please contact us in advance.
Note on medication
RequiredDogs that need medication administered via food must book individual boarding, as this is the only way to ensure the medication is not eaten by other animals. Dogs that reliably take medication from the hand as a treat can remain in the play group. This is assessed during the trial stay.
