Boarding fees

Rates per day

Boarding fees must be paid in advance; the full boarding amount is therefore due in cash on the day of admission. For each calendar day (or part thereof) that the animal remains at Tierhotel Rhein-Main, a full daily rate applies.

Dogs

* Individual boarding: 50% surcharge.

Logistics

Drop-off & pick-up

Drop-off and pick-up are by appointment only. Please visit only with a booked slot so we can allow enough time for your pet.

Egelsbach branch:

Daily 11:00 a.m. – 1:00 p.m.
and 3:00 – 5:00 p.m.

Closed Wednesdays
Langen branch:

Daily 8:00 a.m. – 12:00 p.m.

Closed Sundays

Duty of care +

Tierhotel Rhein-Main stands for the highest quality in pet care. We are committed to caring for every animal entrusted to us with utmost diligence, respect, and professional expertise. Throughout the entire stay we ensure species-appropriate housing that fully meets the animal’s natural needs. This includes spacious, appropriate accommodation, sufficient exercise and enrichment, balanced and individually tailored nutrition, and continuous, loving, attentive care from our experienced team. The wellbeing and health of every single animal are our top priorities.

Liability for damages +

The boarding animal must be covered by valid liability insurance. The owner is liable for all damage caused by the animal. The owner is also liable for damage arising from inadequate vaccination of the animal or a contagious disease present when the animal is handed over to our care; in particular for costs of vaccination or treatment of other animals in our care that become necessary as a result. No compensation can be claimed for harm to the animal that occurs without fault on the part of Tierhotel Rhein-Main.

Dogs require their own liability insurance; cats and small pets are usually covered automatically under the owner’s private liability insurance.

Transfer of ownership +

If an animal is not collected despite repeated attempts to contact you and the persons named as contacts within 30 days after the agreed pick-up date, we will assume that you have relinquished ownership of the animal. Ownership will then pass to Tierhotel Rhein-Main. This enables us to seek a new, loving, reliable home for the animal concerned.
